BACKGROUND
Pamela Schwab is a dynamic and highly skilled individual with a rich background in art history and architecture in English literature. She has a strong aesthetic sense and combines her love for art, architecture, and design with her expertise in finance, honed through her MBA focused on finance, to make well-informed decisions in construction.
Having lived in London and New York and traveling to numerous countries in Europe, she fell in love with architecture and design. She found her passion in design and construction after building her first house and has since refined her skills for over 17 years in the industry and has been working on a wide range of projects from residential to commercial spaces.
As an innovative pioneer, she stays current on the latest design trends and technologies, and she is always exploring new and innovative ways to bring clients' visions to life. What stands out about her is that she has a keen eye for color, texture, and lighting, and I use these elements to create a harmonious balance in each space she designs. With a love for ever-evolving style and designs, she elevates every property she works on, embracing challenges and making them into beautiful, functional spaces.
Schwab approaches complex construction projects with enthusiasm and expertise, taking on challenging lot types, including hillside lots, that many builders shy away from. She leverages the unique topography to create custom and one-of-a-kind designs, and focuses on ground-up construction, preserving historical elements whenever possible.
